I asked it to simply change house colour to off white. It added a sidewalk, changed the trim, it changed the plants in my garden

I just simply wanted the house off white, no sidewalk or changing all my plants, or none of the rest

This is not acceptable

I never signed up for this, never even been used it looks like-cancel and refund immediately

Hello, I was charged on March 31, 2026 even though my account currently shows Free Plan and I do not have an active paid subscription. I used DesignSense AI a long time ago, but I am not subscribed to any paid plan now. My account does not show an active subscription, yet I was charged $119.88 USD / $2,165.84 MXN. I am requesting: 1. A full refund for this charge. 2. Confirmation that there is no active paid subscription on my account. 3. Confirmation that no future charges will be made.
