The paid features don't seem to work for me. The high quality render and the 4 pic renders will not function. What did I pay for ?

Only public, low quality and one render settings will work despite paying for the pro features.

'@Cory Jessome If possible, could you record a brief example of the issue you're dealing with, or perhaps send us any related files you have been using when the problem occurred? This will allow our technical team to replicate the issue on our end and propel us closer to a resolution.
